Tourism industry + borders

• Borders will be kept closed discluding essential workers or people off NZ residency that have had charter flights from other countries. We will continue testing workers at borders more heavily and make sure to test all entrants into the country.

• Minimum wage will be raised to $20 in order to provide and help for the people who have been struggling continuously with Covid-19 and have had to spend more for themselves and their families. 

​

• Quarantine services will remain tightly secured with no one leaving the premises unless tested regularly negative and have stayed at the quarantine facilities for at least 14 days. We will be testing people on the third, seventh and twelfth day of their quarantine period along with testing them once after they have left the quarantine facility.
